HEAT Software, a leader in Cloud Service Management and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) software solutions, today announced the launch of HEAT MSP Cloud, a powerful service management solution designed for MSPs serving the mid-market. The HEAT MSP Program now provides mid-market MSPs a unique opportunity to cost-effectively market, sell, deploy and support their customers’ entire service management implementation from a single, multi-tenant platform delivered through our secure cloud infrastructure.

HEAT MSP Cloud includes the key capabilities of HEAT cloud service management with a number of new features expressly added for MSPs.  Specific to the HEAT MSP Cloud platform are the new HEAT MSP Control Center that allows MSPs to effectively manage their entire customer network from a single user interface, a wide range of preconfigured MSP business process modules, the flexibility to configure custom Service Catalogues and distributed administration tools that enable customers to self-serve key tasks.  The program also offers a flexible, usage-based monthly pricing model, 24×7 priority technical support and access to our comprehensive Rapid Results program that includes MSP centric marketing, training and sales resources.

“We’ve recognized an opportunity to grow our business by providing a program that meets the distinctive needs of MSPs serving the mid-market,” said Mercedes Ellison, Senior Vice President of Channels and Alliances at HEAT Software. “HEAT Software is dedicated to providing the best resources for our MSP partners and will continue to invest in their success.”

“We are thrilled with the ongoing commitment HEAT Software has made to the MSP market,” said Charles Weaver, Co-founder and CEO of MSPAlliance. “The HEAT MSP Program delivers all of the resources MSPs need to successfully direct their mid-market customers’ service management efforts.”

The HEAT MSP Cloud platform is initially available in North America with plans to expand internationally in 2016.
