We’ve already debated whether the cloud is fundamentally secure, whether the office is dead and, most recently, which is best: Android or iOS.

Now we’ve recovered from the tongue-lashing we received from our previous debates, we’re going to tackle one of the longest standing and most complex issues in the IT industry: what’s the main problem with software licensing?

It’s no secret that few companies are in full control of their software strategy. Many struggle to maintain control owing to having too many licences, or are using unlicensed software or simply don’t know how much money they actually spend on licences.

So whose fault is it? That’s what we’re going to try to answer during our latest four-day debate.
