Livingstone the leading independent Software Asset Management (SAM) managed service provider is delighted to announce they have appointed Derek Morrison as head of Sales Europe. Derek said:

Derek brings over 20 years of sales management experience to the business, together with an impressive track record of leading successful business development teams within some of the world’s leading software vendors including, Oracle, SAP and IBM. Most recently he headed up Oracle’s move to ‘Software as a Service’ within their Hyperion Performance management brand across the UK as sales director. Prior to this he helped SAP to drive the delivery of their ‘Performance Management’ solutions within financial markets.
Before this Derek was with IBM where he managed Central East and West Africa for the IBM Software Group based out of Nairobi. He also ran the Cognos business analytics sales function across the ‘Commercial Sector’ in the UK prior to their acquisition by IBM. Based in Dubai, he managed growth opportunity and client demand within the IBM ‘Performance Management Portfolio’ across Middle East and Africa.
